....as today, we had the 'internment' of my Father-in-law Tony, who passed away on the 20th June this year...
There was just a cluster of us gathered around a little spot just under an apple tree; Gladys (Mother-in-laws' mother...) had picked her last blooming rose from her garden and had carefully placed it in her bag to place on Tony's litle wooden box...it looked perfect & I find it a lovely thought that if, any of us, are feeling down, or need to get something off of our chest, under the apple tree, talking to Tony would be special...
